COMMUNITY BOATING CENTER EXTENDS SAILING
TO THE HOLIDAYS WITH "GIFT OF SAILING"

Community Boating Center (CBC) has announced a new "Gift of Sailing" holiday gift opportunity to support it's youth outreach programs at the Harry Carr Memorial Boathouse at Providence's India Point Park.

Each $275 gift includes a 2004 season membership to CBC, enrollment in a beginner or advanced sailing class, and free use of CBC's fleet of sailboats for the season. "Sailorship" gifts, in the name of the donor's choice, to sponsor a CBC youth sailing student are also available.

The Gift of Sailing features an attractive gift certificate bearing the name of the gift recipient. $25, $50, $100 gift certificates are also available.

Peter Gengler, President of CBC commented, "This is the ideal gift for a friend, family member, or colleague who has always wanted to learn to sail. Additionally, donors can make a difference in the life of an inner-city child with a "Sailorship" gift."

Community Boating Center (CBC) is a non-profit, 501c3 recreational organization offering all members of the community an opportunity to sail. Located in India Point Park, CBC provides outreach, sailing lessons and affordable access to the Providence waterfront. Gifts of cash or property to CBC may be treated as charitable donations for Federal Tax purposes.
